Cooling System:

Kalix OASIS Pressure Vessel Direct Chill (PVDC) System
The PVDC® system by Kalix is the most effective cooling system on the market, featuring a cooling tank made from 304 Stainless Steel. It is kept under pressure for rapid water chilling. The Cold Water Refrigeration Unit includes a convection-cooled condenser, internally spring-mounted, hermetically sealed compressor, and a capillary tube for precise refrigerant control. The Cold Water Thermostat, with an adjustable setting and an “Off” position, is easily accessible in the filter compartment. The OASIS direct chill pressure vessel is a two-piece structure, crafted from type 304 series stainless steel for easy cleaning and sanitising.

Hot Water System:

A Two-Piece Hot Tank for Efficient Scale Cleaning
The Hot Water System employs a two-piece hot tank, manufactured from non-corrosive and inert 304 Stainless Steel. It aids in scale cleaning, and its 500-watt element can be replaced on-site, reducing service costs. The Hot Water Thermostat features adjustable settings with a safety limiter.

Carbonated Water Circuit: Efficient Carbonation Process

The pre-carbonated cooled water is sourced from the PVDC system, pressurised, and mixed with CO2 gas within a carbonator tank inside the OASIS PVDC system. The tank is constructed from food-grade plastics and 304 Stainless Steel, offering a capacity of 350 litres with a standard 2kg cylinder.
